How long have you been trading?
The VSlicer website has been operating since 2006. Our parent company Totally Commerce Ltd Ltd has been trading full time on the internet since 2000, with our other websites. These include TotallyShoes.co.uk, YoghurtDirect.co.uk, and JustConverse.co.uk.

How long is the unit guaranteed?
The VSlicer comes with a 1-year manufacturers guarantee as standard.

Do you despatch outside of the UK?
Sorry but we can only deliver within the UK.

How quickly will I receive my order?
Orders received weekdays before 3pm will be despatched the same day and will usually arrive within 24-48 hours. Orders received outside of this period and at weekends will be despatched the next working day.

Will a signature be required upon delivery?
Yes, in order to provide the best delivery service to you, all items are despatched via a trackable service. A signature will be required. If there is no-one at the delivery address, a card will be left with a contact number to call to arrange collection or redelivery.
